Can several bots work on one project?
Yes. Give your team an outcome. A coordinator assigns the work to specialists and brings their results back to you.
Can I use separate teams for different companies?
Yes. Each company has its own team, chats, memory and routines. Switch companies whenever you need.
Does my computer have to stay on?
Yes, for computer tasks. If it is asleep or offline, that work waits. Your schedules stay saved on the server.
Can my bots use Gmail and other accounts?
Open Connections, choose an app and sign in. You choose which bots can use each connected account. Google verification is pending. Google may show an unverified-app warning and limit connections until approval.
Will my testing account use the owner’s API key?
No. Your team uses only the AI account you connect in Settings.
Can I use my ChatGPT subscription?
Yes, if your plan includes Codex. Choose ChatGPT subscription in Settings and sign in. Your plan’s limits apply; API billing remains separate.
Can the phone control my other phone apps?
The phone app controls your connected Mac or PC. It does not control other apps on your phone.

How do I remove my account and data?
Use Settings → Account data & deletion. Local files stay on your computer. Read the data policy.
