These Terms govern Automations247’s website, management apps, connected computer software and hosted service, operated by Praveen Lokesh. Contact praveen.lvnp@gmail.com for support, complaints or legal notices. Our Privacy Policy explains data processing.

Using your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for a business, you must have its permission. Keep your account accurate, protect credentials and revoke lost devices. You are responsible for the people, accounts and computers you authorize. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

Your instructions and computer access

Automations247 helps coordinate AI teammates, tasks and routines on computers and services you connect. Connect only resources you own or are authorized to control. Screen access, keyboard input, terminal commands and connectors can read, create, change, send or delete information using your computer’s permissions. Configure each company, bot, connection and remembered approval carefully. An “always allow” preference authorizes future actions within the displayed scope until revoked; it is not permission to access resources outside that scope.

Review actions with external, financial or destructive effects before allowing them. Maintain your own backups and use least-privilege accounts. You can pause work, take control, revoke access or turn off routines. You remain responsible for the work you direct and for complying with other people’s rights and the connected service’s rules.

AI and beta limitations

AI can misunderstand instructions, invent information or perform an incorrect action. Verify important outputs and completed actions against the destination service. Automated reports are not professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice. Do not rely on the service for emergencies or safety-critical operation.

This is a testing release. Features may change, be unavailable or fail. Local computer tasks require the assigned computer to be online, awake, signed in and properly connected. Provider limits, login challenges, permissions and outages can delay or stop work. We do not promise continuous availability, a particular business result or that every task will complete automatically.

Free beta and third-party costs

The initial free beta is limited to 500 account places. Access is subject to availability and responsible use; a beta place is not a promise of permanent free service. Your own AI provider, hosting, internet, connector and other third-party charges remain your responsibility. A ChatGPT subscription only works through supported connections and remains subject to its provider’s terms and limits. Automations247 does not provide unlimited provider usage.

Paid subscriptions are not open. We will disclose price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and any applicable refund terms before asking you to buy. We will not automatically charge or convert a free account to a paid plan without your agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful access, malware, credential theft, spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance or activity that violates privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not evade a website’s access restrictions, disable safety controls to harm others, or test another person’s system without permission. You must have a lawful basis and required notices or permissions for any personal information you process, including customer messages and CVs. Do not upload secrets into publicly shared material.

Your content and our software

You retain the rights you hold in your instructions, files and other content. You authorize us and the providers you select to process it only as needed to operate your requested features, maintain security and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. This permission ends when the relevant processing ends, subject to retained backups and legal requirements. AI output may not be unique or protectable; we do not guarantee ownership or freedom from third-party claims.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service and apps for their intended purpose while your account is authorized. Automations247 branding and software remain subject to their owners’ rights. Open-source components retain their respective licenses. Third-party names identify those services only; they do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

Connected services and sharing

Third-party services have their own terms, availability and privacy practices. A connector or marketplace listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee of safety. Review the permissions and provider before connecting. Project invitations expose the material you choose to share, and recipients may keep their own copies. Disconnecting does not undo a completed external action or automatically erase copies elsewhere.

Suspension and leaving

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, meet legal requirements or maintain the service. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. You may stop using the service, export available account records and delete your account. For a planned service shutdown, we will give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export where practical. Urgent security or legal restrictions may require faster action.

Responsibility and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the testing service is provided as available without additional warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by unauthorized instructions, unavailable third-party services or conditions outside our reasonable control.

To the extent legally permitted, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of fees you paid us for the service in the preceding 12 months or INR 1,000, and excludes indirect or consequential business losses. These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability, consumer guarantee, privacy right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Nothing makes you responsible for our own unlawful conduct.

Changes and disputes

We will identify material changes in the app or on this site and request renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively authorize broader use of your data. If you disagree, stop using the affected service and export or delete your account. Please contact support first to seek a practical resolution of a dispute. These Terms do not remove your right to contact a regulator or use a court or remedy available under applicable law; no mandatory arbitration or waiver of consumer rights is imposed here.
